Terms & Cancellation Policy

EVA Women's Club — Terms & Cancellation Policy (v2026-01) 1. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been completed in full. 2. Refunds or rescheduling to another EVA event are only possible if requested at least 24 hours before the event start time. 3. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 4. Places are personal but may be transferred to another woman with at least 24 hours' notice by written request. 5. EVA Women's Club may reschedule or relocate an event due to weather, marine safety or force majeure. In that case you may join the rescheduled date or receive a full refund. 6. Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy before taking part in any physical activity. 7. Photography and video may be taken at events for use on EVA channels. Let us know in writing if you prefer not to appear. 8. By completing a booking you confirm you have read and accepted this policy in full.
